Quick Pointe Refit/Size Check

30 minute appointment with an expert fitter. Recommended for dancers who have been on pointe for a while, who are fairly confident about what shoe they are looking for, just adjusting size in the current shoe or curious to try 1-2 new styles.

If you are not sure what you need, think you need a more thorough exploration, or would just like some extra time with your fitter, please schedule for a Complex Pointe Refit. We would rather have you schedule extra time and finish early than not have enough time!

Please bring ALL of your padding options (even if it's not what you are using with your current shoes) and your older shoe options.

There is no cost to book an appointment, but we do charge a $25 fitting fee if a pointe shoe is not purchased at the end of your fitting.

Complex Pointe Shoe Refit

1 hour appointment with an expert fitter. Recommended for dancers coming back to pointe work after a year or more off, or dancers with complex fitting needs that would like extra time with the fitter.

First Pointe Shoe Fitting

Congratulations! Your dance teacher just gave you the go ahead to get your first pair of pointe shoes! This is a 1 hour appointment with an expert fitter, please make sure your toenails are trimmed, nails no longer than the end of your toes. You will be assessed and fit for both padding and the pointe shoes, so no need to bring anything.

There is no cost to book an appointment, but we do charge a $25 fitting fee if a pointe shoe is not purchased at the end of your fitting.

Pointe shoe fittings are our specialty! Our fitters have over 30 years of combined fitting experience and extensive backgrounds as ballet dancers and teachers. Learn more about our fitters here!

Please read the fitting option descriptions carefully, if in doubt please do not hesitate to select a longer fitting time than you think you need! We would rather finish early than have to cut your appointment off because another appointment is scheduled after you.

I took my youngest daughter up for a first time point shoe fitting. She had such an amazing experience-Ellis was truly a pointe shoe super hero! So knowledgeable, so patient, so thorough. Not only did my daughter come away with a beautiful pair of shoes but also a better understanding of how they work, how her body needs to use them, but what she should be feeling and experiencing as she dances and a boost to her confidence! We ordered online and accidentally ordered the wrong size leotard. Emailed them and they were able to fix the order before shipping. They went the extra mile to notice that I had ordered pink tights with skin color shoes (rookie move). They helped us swap out shoes and tights that fit our daughter's skin tone, all over email. Thank you for the excellent customer service! Will definitely go here for our future dance gear needs instead of Amazon.

They are so helpful here! I needed to get ballet shoes and tights for the first time since I was 6 so I didn’t really know the options or what I needed. They were so helpful in fitting me for shoes and walking me through the different options for tights. They also have a wide range of sizes for adults in a bunch of colors and pretty patterns.
